ByeBye Birdie ran with Winston, so it was slow going (more than a few pee breaks for my canine companion!) felt great, though – feeling revved up from the start of this week. 00:00:00.00 2.95 0:00 09/17/08
Homewood Intervals I Got a tad sunburned – probably should run this in reverse b/c I ended on the giant Janice Dr. hill during a sprint. 00:25:00.00 2.24 11:09 09/14/08

Dojo Warmup fast little run, need to check distance today. Only a little bit of “back-tracking” around the court near the apartments. Plenty of smooth grass running. 00:20:00.00 2.06 9:42 01/19/07
ByeBye Birdie nice – a familiar run that I haven’t done in far too long. Legs felt stiff at first, but loosened up. Stopped & walked once, stopped to stretch at about minute 14. Pushed for endurance rather than speed. The stretch video afterwards was grand. I’m coming back! 00:28:00.00 2.95 9:29 01/08/07
RogerDodger Wow. Tallassee is WAY too dangerous. Cars are too fast and the shoulder steep (drops down right) and narrow. Took almost 9 minutes for a 1/2 mile because of constant stops for crazy drivers and bridges. Awful. Quailwood is pretty though! LOVELY shoulders, wide and grassy, pretty homes. Almost straight uphill the whole way. Cut it short – stayed on Quailwood until Whitehead, then back home. Not again…until the sidewalk extends farther! 00:51:00.00 5.33 9:34 01/07/07
