Default Tips on running Indoor Tracks - 12-21-2006, 02:09 AM

I have heard that if you're a tall guy the tight turns indoors can make racing somewhat more difficult, which seems like it makes sense. I'm 6'4".

Any tips is appericated.

Same rules apply to everyone. Try not to get boxed in . Don't stress out too much if you're in lane 2. I'm tall and I've never noticed having a problem racing indoors. I've never really thought about it.

For some reason I HATE running in lane 2, that's prob why I hate tatical races! Thanks for the advice tho.

One question. How strict are they on you "using your elbows" in case your boxed in or something?
