Default Sweating while running - 12-08-2006, 01:33 AM

Hello All

I have a simple question Is there any advantage for a person to sweat less than the normal? If conditions are not so hot I hardly sweat even if I am racing or running hard. I think if you sweat a lot you are losing a fluids.

So is it good to sweat less?

I am an excessive sweater, and in my experience and knowledge when you stop sweating that is a bad thing. If you stop sweating that could lead to dehydration or heat exhaustion. I have no idea about people who just don't sweat very much, however sometimes I consider as an advantage, less sweating will give you an advantage against dehydration.
