Hello All

Merrry Christmas to all

Anyone want to share running schedules to prevent injuries? For beginners possibly.

The only thing that I can even think of to suggest is to start slow. You do not have to run 5K in a day to get the benefits of running. Start at a level that you are comfortable with and build from there.
