Smile Energy drinks and such - 07-19-2007, 11:02 PM

I am training for my first marathon. I have been training since the last week in March and the marathon is October 21st. I am starting to run 16 and more miles and it is getting tougher now. I was curious if anyone has any advice on energy drinks, bars, goo etc. I don't know if any of this stuff really works so I need some feedback please. Thanks
