Default Runner's with athma and running in cold weather - 02-12-2007, 11:14 PM

Hello everybody! I was just wondering if there is anybody who runs with asthma and has difficulty warming there lungs up to cold weather. And what can be done about it? Willy

I don't have athma myself. But this works for my brother:

Wear a face mask or scarf over your nose and mouth when running in cold weather. This warms the air before it reaches your lungs.
