How do you find time during the week to run?

Because it's usually light for only a couple hours after I get home.

Just have to make time. I run before the kids get up in the morning. Yes it's dark, cool and the only time to myself. Sometimes as early as 5am. It depends on how badly you want it.

well im going earlier now. im starting school and working and the only time is going to be at 6am.like the previous reply its cool and dark and probably more serene

before that it was usually at the wee hours of the night.like 11 even up to 1 in the morning.i have some sleep problems and end up running somehow.

and even if i have about an hour and a half to two hours i would say im up for a 15-30 minute jog for fun and get back and shower.
unless im just so tired i cant keep my eyes open

you would just need to open something up.im obsesive over scheduling though
