I am running and keeping my training schedule as it is. Last week I had to do 16 miles which I completed ok This week due to step down a bit and run 12miles before stepping up to 18miles and 20 for the next 2 weeks.
I am actually running in a half marathon soon and my question is however do I stick to my midweek schedule of 5,8,5 miles or do I ignore my schedule and prepare for the 1/2 marathon like I would for the main one ?
