Default Racing flats - 12-21-2006, 11:31 AM

Is there a limit to what distance racing flats should be worn over? I was thinking on placing a 10 mile limit on mine as they don't offer much cushioning and I suspect could cause injury... whats everybody elses preference?

I've used my racing flats up to half marathon distances so far, and have used lightweight trainers or trail shoes for distances over that.

Next year I might experiment with using racing flats in longer races up to the marathon.
