I'm 26 and I'm in bad shape. I used to run in high school, just a 5k once in a while, but I was in good shape and played a lot of tennis and basketball. For the last four years I've been sitting on my butt in an office, so I've deteriorated considerably. Right now running better than a ten minute mile is pushing it.
I need a partner that can give me the extra push to keep going every week (I can't get back to the point where running is fun and not dreadful). I have potential since I've been athletic my entire life and I'm only about 30 pounds heavier than I was in high school. Anyone out there that has the patience to help me get back on track? Or interested in getting started with me?
I'm a nice person, easy to talk to, and reliable.
