This is the first of many regional contests USANA will be having in 2008. Watch for contests in your area!

There are two ways to win:

The 10 Associates who show the most growth from February 2–February 29 will each win two tickets to the USANA suite at the Sony Ericsson WTA Tour. The tickets are for the Pacific Life Open tournament in Indian Wells, California, on March 16, 2008.
Growth will be calculated by comparing Associates’ Commission Volume Points (CVP) for the life of the contest, February 2–February 29, to CVP earned from January 5, 2008–February 1, 2008. The 10 Associates who show the most growth in total CVP in the participating states will win!

The top three Associates who bring the most guests to the Health & Freedom Presentation at the Long Beach Celebration on February 28, 2008, will also win two tickets each to the USANA suite at the Pacific Life Open, a Sony Ericsson WTA Tour event in Indian Wells, California, on March 16, 2008.

Regional Contest ONLY. Associates who live in California, Nevada, Utah, and Arizona are eligible to participate/win.

Q. Are there 10 winners in each state?
A. No. Prizes will be awarded to the overall top 10 Associates participating across all four states: California, Utah, Nevada, and Arizona.

Q. Will USANA pay for airfare, hotel, and transportation?
A. No. Airfare, hotel, and transportation to/from the event will be the sole responsibility of the winners.

Q. If I win, does my guest have to be a USANA Associate?
A. No. You may bring a guest of your preference, as long as he or she is at least 18 years of age.

Q. Can I participate if I live outside of California, Utah, Nevada, and Arizona?
A. No. This contest is specific to those Associates who reside in California, Arizona, Utah, or Nevada; however, watch USANAtoday and your e-mail for future contests in your region.

Q. Do I have to be from California, Utah, Nevada, or Arizona to win the tickets for the most guests at the Long Beach Celebration Health & Freedom Presentation?
A. Yes.

Rules

This is a regional contest and only Associates who live in California, Nevada, Utah, and Arizona are eligible to play, participate, and/or win.

There will be a grand total of 13 winners (plus guests). Ten prizes will be awarded for the growth portion of the contest and three winners will be awarded for having the most guests at the Long Beach Celebration Health & Freedom Presentation (on Thursday, February 28, 2008).

The top 10 Associates who increase their business the most in absolute Commission Volume Points (CVP) from the start of the contest—Saturday, February 2, 2008 through midnight, MST, on Friday, February 29, 2008—compared to their absolute CVP from Saturday, January 5, 2008, through Friday, February 1, 2008, will win.

The top three Associates who bring the most guests to the Health & Freedom Presentation at the Long Beach Celebration will each win.

In the event of a tie, the person with the highest total CVP during the contest period, Saturday, February 2 through Friday, February 29, 2008, will win the tie-breaker.

All winners must be active Associates at the time the prizes are awarded.

Hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the winners and will not be provided by USANA.

Airfare and transportation to/from the event are the responsibility of the winners and will not be provided by USANA.

The event will be held in Indian Wells, California on March 16, 2008.

All prizes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash.

Any manipulation of this promotion, e.g. sponsorship manipulation, downline purchasing (placing a sales order in a Business Center other than where the sale was generated), etc., will result in disqualification from this promotion, in addition to any sanctions under the Associate Agreement.

Any breach of the Associate Agreement and Policies and Procedures will disqualify Associate from participation in addition to any sanctions under the Associate Agreement.

By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of USANA, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winners, and the prize winners must authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prizes to the extent required by the law.

No substitution or transfer of gifts permitted. USANA reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value in the event that an advertised prize is unavailable.

USANA reserves the right to halt or modify the promotion at any time during the promotion period if events beyond their control compromise the promotion’s fairness or integrity.

USANA, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participating in the promotion, refuse to award points or prizes, and require the return of any prizes if entrant engages in any conduct USANA deems to be improper, unfair, or otherwise adverse to the operation of the promotion or detrimental to other entrants. Such improper conduct includes, but is not limited to, falsifying personal information required during the promotion.

USANA reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the promotion.

This promotion may not be used for any form of gambling.

USANA is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected online entries or transactions; incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete entry information whether caused by a contestant, equipment, or technical malfunction; any human error, technical error, tampering, or malfunction; or any combination thereof. These restrictions include injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of USANA related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this contest.
